Darshan Vyas â Managing Director
Darshan Vyas has collaborated with several reputed corporate giants such as Nilamber Group, Pawan Group, Aristo Group, and others, and has successfully facilitated their commercial real estate endeavors. His company is involved throughout the lifecycle of the project, from strategically acquiring land to selling fully constructed units.

Leveraging the success of his first venture, Darshan launched True Value Realty in 2012, which primarily focuses on selling residential properties and marketing builders’ projects. He has an efficient team of more than 10 employees who manage clients such as Aries Infrastructure, Akshar Infrastructure, Balaji Constructions, White Wings Group (Surat), Shreekunj Corp., Shreeji Developers, Calisto, Aristo, Divine Group, and Fortune Group.

Darshan’s passion for excellence in real estate has earned him an associated membership with the prestigious National Association of Realtors (NAR) since 2012. He actively participates in their monthly seminars, contributing to the overall knowledge bank of his peers and colleagues. Darshan has conducted several sales training and workshops for the sales staff of builders, enabling them to handle potential buyers more effectively.

Apart from his remarkable success in real estate, Darshan has also ventured into the future of energy conservation with his company Balkrushna Infrastructure Private Limited, which he launched in 2016. The company specializes in the installation and maintenance of solar panels at various industrial, residential, and commercial properties. His vision to leverage renewable resources has finally been realized. Darshan has diversified his sustainable energy portfolio by offering EV charging infrastructure and green clean energy solutions.

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Darshan gained valuable experience with 2.5 years of turnkey rural electrification projects at ABB’s Gujarat geography. He also worked with another giant Tata, helping them sell commercial vehicles such as excavators and loaders.
Hetal Vyas - Director
Mrs. Hetal Vyas is an accomplished professional who joined the Balkrushna Group in 2011 after completing her Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. With her astute business acumen and digital marketing expertise, she recognized a significant opportunity in the primary real estate sales by leveraging the online business model. She forged successful partnerships with premium real estate developers to market their projects and drive the Balkrushna Group to new heights.

Under her visionary leadership, she established a new company called True Value Realty with a primary focus on serving a global clientele by identifying the best properties in Vadodara, thereby expanding the business potential of the company. Her strategic approach and unwavering commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the company’s success, and she continues to inspire and lead her team to achieve greater heights.
In addition to her role in the real estate industry, Mrs. Hetal Vyas also leads the futuristic learning business of the Balkrushna Group. She recognized the potential of emerging technologies and their impact on the future of education. To this end, she obtained a franchise of Robokart, a company that provides innovative learning solutions to students.

Robokart is a well-established organization with over 250 unique products that help learners design and develop refined products. The company’s success has been driven by its supplementary training programs in various schools and colleges, teaching robotics, augmented reality, 3D printers, Android app design, and more.
